The most spectacular looking among space objects are PULSARS. Pulsars are a type of a neutron star they shoot out some of their material almost of the speed of light.
The regular pulsars spin at reasonable speed between about 260 times per second but milliseconds pulsars can spin at an impressive 700 times a second . Which is way too fast for the human eyes process as they spin they emit a beam of radiation from their axis that look like the light from a light house. For example if we launch a satellite in space around earth after some years the satellite stop working it not easy to repair the satellite in space it will cost more than to make a new satellite . It is left over in a space and it becomes a space trash.
There are also natural debries from meteroid and others cosmic objects. There are currently over 500,000 pieces of space debris orbiting the earth of speed high enough to cause significant damage if they were to collide a spacecraft or satellite. According to UCS ( Union of Concerned Scientists ) there are approximately 5000 satellite orbiting around the earth but only 1,957 satellite are working.
